Limited Capacity seats available

This is a thought-provoking session by three women with diverse backgrounds discussing access to primary care and longitudinal care as one of the strongest indicators for addressing social determinants of health. We will also gain insights on the barriers that exist within our health care system that is keeping Canadians from living healthier and more preventative and more equitable lives. We will discuss the experiences of minorities, indigenous, and people with disabilities accessing the health care system and what we can do as a community to remove barriers for all of us to have access to our universal health care.
